
We love growing Beetroot, from seedling to final harvest they give us a lot of joy. We take care to clean our beetroot and remove any damaged leaves so you will get the freshest produce possible, something our chefs love, and we know you'll love a soil free kitchen too!
Don't forget, the leaves are edible in a salad as well, and when they get a little larger later in the season, you can chop them into a meal and use as a spinach substitute as well. The stalks also taste amazing roasted with a little salt!
