Our salad bags are all freshly harvested and washed the day of delivery/collection*, and stay fresh for 7 or more days in the fridge.
Our salads include a mixture of crunchy green lettuce leaves like Salanova and Frissee, as well as deep Red Barlach, Marvel of Four Seasons and delicious additions like Red Vein Sorrel and Buck Horn. All our salad bags come with an edible flower topping when in season, with Calendula and Violas being our favourite.
*Friday collection bags are picked and packed on Thursdays
